Shopping, long walks between airline terminals, full workdays standing on your feet
Conventional Style: Heels 1-2 inches, flats, wedges, platforms or flat or mid-heel boots
New Step: Leather shoes are an option, but you have other choices. The newer materials offer similar benefits (stretch, comfort-fit) and cost less. If you choose shoes with thicker heels, you will have better balance and your weight will be more evenly distributed – great news for your feet, back, and hips. Flats are not only making a style comeback, they are an excellent option for foot health. Because they are sometimes a bit wider in the toe, balance increases and stress decreases.
